Life Balancing

There is a contradiction that human being has to be either focussed or have balanced living? Arjuna in Mahabharata saw only an eye of a sparrow, he was too focussed. can he be a ruler? here he lacks skills. at the age slot of 25-30 years or after education, human life enters into grihasthashram,  During this period, being too focussed may be problematic as now one has many priorities,

Balanced life what I mean is relationsihps, work, fitness, emotional well being and yes knowing yourself. One must know that one acts multiple roles. Giving priority to one and procrastinating to other leads to disbalanced life.

So what is the balanced life mantra?

1) Regular exercise : Don't get too distracted on making your abs.  Just half an hour  is sufficient. While exercising we must feel the fresh air, pain and body movements. Your exercise session will be fun

2) Meditation: This is the time you know live with yourself, giving time to your self . We all get bogged down with work and family responsibilities from time to time, but making time for yourself is necessary so that you can keep up with all your responsibilities. 

3) Eat Right: The right diet will keep your body healthy, give you energy, and boost your spirits.

4) Relationships: Giving enough time to your relations, regular talks, enjoy regular activities together, understanding each other's priority, try to help or assist them.

5) Work:  Set your priorities and say no to what you don't do. your work time must not be too stressed due to procastinating or delays.
